It is no secret to those who know me that I love reading.  I am a reading maniac.  I am normally at varying stages of up to three books at any one time.  With this in mind, I thought I would give myself a bit of a challenge.  I am going to read and review 25 books in the next six months starting from now, November the 1st 2009.  Six months from now on Friday the 30th of April I hope that I can look back at 25 good books, each followed up by a review, and if they are any good, a recommendation.

Here is what I have started today:

Secret Societies by Nick Harding.  Non-fiction. concise history of some of the most famous and infamous secret societies.

The Cult of Alien Gods by Jason Colavito.  Non-fiction.  An examination of the theory that buildings such as the pyramids of Egypt and the head carvings on Easter Island and humankind itself were created by extra-terrestrials.

Final Theory by Mark Alpert. Fiction.  A dying scientist, a former colleague of Albert Einstein, whispers the name of an abstract scientific theory to his student before passing away.  Why was this theory so important to the professor and Einstein?  And why, since the death of the professor has everyone being trying to hunt down the student?
